Customer Service Officers

Responsibilities
  • Attend to shoppers' enquiries and all aspects of customer service
  • Perform centre promotions-related activities such as gifts redemptions etc
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • 1 year of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service is preferred
  • Able to handle Mandarin speaking customers
  • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
  • Singaporeans only

Technicians

Responsibilities
  • Carry out any repair works and conduct daily routine checks
  • Coordinate, supervise and ensure service providers carry out their contractual duties
  • Attend to tenants’ feedback and resolve within the shortest possible time
  • Required to attend to emergency calls, after office hours
  • Provide first level of troubleshooting
Requirements
  • Minimum a NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical / Air-Con Technology / Building Services Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial properties
  • Able to handle Mandarin speaking tenants
  • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform shift duties and physically fit
  • Singaporeans only
