Terms & Conditions:

General

  • Shopper must provide and produce his/her complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, his/her full name, NRIC number, passport number, work permit number, employment pass number or dependent’s pass number, date of birth, local address, contact numbers and other such information as may be required from time to time.
  • Each shopper can only register for ONE TSM Rewards Card which is non-transferable.
  • All participants must be at least 16 years old on the year they sign up for the TSM Rewards Program.
  • Any lost or damaged cards will not be accepted and/or replaced.
  • Rewards Card can only be used and issued at The Seletar Mall (TSM).

Rewards Accumulation

  • Only receipts spent at The Seletar Mall will be accepted for redemption of stickers.
  • Not applicable for bill payments, card top-ups, lottery tickets and voucher purchases.
  • Any loss of stickers will not be replaced.
  • For instalment plans, only one redemption is allowed for the total purchase amount.
  • All redemptions have to be made on the same-day. Receipts dated after 9.45pm are allowed to be used for redemption on the following day.

Redemption of Gifts:

  • Redemption must be made personally by Cardholder upon presenting of his/her Singapore Identity Card, Singapore Permanent Resident Card, Work Permit or passport for identity verification.
  • After redemption:
    • Rewards Card will need to be surrendered.
    • A new card will be issued should there be new spending(s) made
  • Rewards and/or Prizes may not be exchanged for cash and/or any other Reward, Prize or item.
  • All Refunds for and/or replacements of Rewards and/or Prizes will not be entertained.
  • Redemption is valid on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis.

The Seletar Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion upon posting the amended version on the Website. By your continued participation in The Seletar Mall Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

The Management, staff or any immediate family of the staff of The Seletar Mall Pte Ltd (The Organiser), its subsidiary companies, its advertising agencies, its auditors and all the shops/tenants at The Seletar Mall are not eligible to participate in The Seletar Mall Rewards Program.

By participating in this promotion, participants consent to the Organiser, as well as the tenants and business associates/partners of the Organiser using and/or processing any information or personal data as provided by participants in this form for the purposes of sending participants any advertisement, info-material or messages (via mail, email and SMS) relating to the Organiser’s products, services and events (“marketing messages”). Should any participant wish to withdraw his/her consent to the Organiser’s use and/ or processing of his/her information or personal data for the purpose of sending to him/her marketing messages, kindly visit www.theseletarmall.com/unsubscribe or turn up personally at The Seletar Mall Information Counter. Please allow 7 working days for processing.
